Motor not responding
– If your motor is not responding, your remote may need to be added. To do this, press and hold the motor head button for 2 seconds. The blind will jog and flash orange. Press the PROG button on the remote and the blind will jog. Your remote is now added.
– Your motor may not be powered on. To turn your motor on, press and hold the motor head button for 2 seconds.
– Your motor may have a low battery. Charge your motor for 6-8 hours and try to power on again.
Motor not pairing
– Make sure your blind is fully charged. Charge between 6-8 hours for a full charge.
– Make sure the handset is not locked. If the numbers or display flashes when you press P, this means it is locked. Hold the T button for 15 seconds to unlock the handset.
Motor stops suddenly
– If your motor stops suddenly, this could be due to upper and lower limits being set incorrectly. To reset the motor limits (up and down positions) please visit our Youtube video here.
– The blind may exceed the maximum lifting weight. Check your blind weight.
